PM is in general the main responsible person for execution of projects related to supply of Compressor Systems from order to effective handover for operation to client
As a PM, he has to supervise and assign tasks other local support PMs / PE's, and coordinate all activities of BC globally and take responsibility for overall scope of supply, delivery and margin.
Responsible of overall project risk management, quality, time, cost control of the assigned projects including planning, expediting and progress reporting externally and internally
Ensures efficient project handling in conformity with customer requirements together with the production of documents contractually specified for delivery.
