Project Manager

Overview

WPS is looking for an experienced Project Manager to deliver large‑scale planned maintenance programmes across the West Midlands, supporting long‑standing social housing clients.

This role will suit an experienced Project Manager who is already operating at this level and comfortable managing multiple workstreams across internal and external planned works.

Projects Will Include a Multitude Of Works, Such As

• Kitchen replacements
• Bathroom replacements
• Roofing works
• Heating and M&E upgrades
• Associated internal and external refurbishment works

You will take full ownership of your programmes, ensuring delivery is safe, compliant, on time and within budget, while maintaining strong client and resident relationships.
