Job Summary:
The Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of an AI-driven Complaints Management initiative within a regulated banking environment.
The role will ensure structured governance, cross-functional coordination, risk management, and timely execution across Business, Digital, Data, Risk, Compliance, and Operations.
Given the regulatory, reputational, and customer impact of complaints handling, this role requires dedicated focus, strong ownership, and rigorous delivery discipline.
