Responsibilities
- Project Conceptualization & Planning: Develops project concepts, conducts site evaluations, and prepares business plans for new developments.
- Feasibility & Financial Analysis: Conducts market analysis, financial modeling, and valuations to determine project profitability.
- Project Management & Monitoring: Manages project timelines (timetables/schedules), budgets, and quality standards from planning to completion.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Liaises between internal departments (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Technical/Design) and external stakeholders.
- Reporting: Prepares regular status reports and updates for management.
