JOB DESCRIPTION

THE PURPOSE OF THE ROLE IS


The Project Management Officer (PMO) is responsible for establishing and implementing the Project Management Regulation for BPIMS. It is also responsible for monitoring the status of all projects and the regular reporting to the IT Steering Committee (ITSC).

ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Manage and work within the approved budget of the section through monthly monitoring and control of expenses to ensure timely execution and implementation of all IT-related activities.
  • Project metrics reporting and project finance management


CUSTOMER

  • Coordinate with Project Managers, Project Sponsor and Owner for Project regulations and processes.
  • Responsible for providing management reports, establishing guidelines, and a governance framework
  • Help the project manager to administer and operate within different project management areas.
