Project Management Associate

The Project Management Associate will be responsible to implement Department projects. He/she will coordinate and collaborate with System Developer, Business Analyst and System Testers throughout the Project Life Cycle.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure that all projects are accurately planned and project goals are achievable.
• Interact and collaborate closely with the stakeholders.
• Communicate and cooperate with Software/System vendors.
• Ensures that information is captured and disseminated to all stakeholders.
• Prepare project documents such as Project Charter, Workplan, Communication plan etc.
• Able to mitigate Project Risk.
• Able to communicate/work with Senior Executives in a multicultural context.
• Strong knowledge in System Development Life Cycle.
• Support Transformation Department reporting and governance requirements.
