About the Role
The Project Management Associate will be responsible to implement Department projects. He/she will coordinate and collaborate with System Developer, Business Analyst and System Testers throughout the Project Life Cycle.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure that all projects are accurately planned and project goals are achievable.
- Interact and collaborate closely with the stakeholders.
- Communicate and cooperate with Software/System vendors.
- Ensures that information is captured and disseminated to all stakeholders.
- Prepare project documents such as Project Charter, Workplan, Communication plan etc.
- Able to mitigate Project Risk.
- Able to communicate/work with Senior Executives in a multicultural context.
- Strong knowledge in System Development Life Cycle.
- Support Transformation Department reporting and governance requirements.
