Implement and maintain project controls frameworks:
Develop and maintain project schedules (Gantt, critical path)
Create cost control structures (cost breakdowns, budgets, forecasting, Earned Value Management)
Establish scope-control processes, change-control boards and approval workflows as required
Monitor and report on performance against baselines, identify variances, and drive corrective actions Good understanding of standard phase-gate processes across Initiation, Definition, Execution and Close-out
