About the Role

The Position

The Infrastructure & Assets Manager is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of event infrastructure and asset operations, ensuring the seamless delivery of Levy’s hospitality operations across the Australian Open precinct.


Key accountabilities include:


  • Strategic Infrastructure Planning: Lead the design, planning, and execution of infrastructure builds for AO activations, including catering facilities, storage compounds, and temporary outlets such as pop-up kitchens, reefers, and cool rooms.




  • Project & Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between the AO Project Manager, Tennis Australia, and Levy’s internal operations teams, ensuring collaborative planning, information flow, and timely execution of project milestones.
