Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Master’s Degree in Hydraulic/Water Resources Engineering
- Licensed/Registered Civil Engineer (if required in country of assignment)
- Training in Marine/Dredging Operations
- Construction Safety Certification
- Environmental Management Certification (e.g., ISO 14001 awareness)
- QA/QC or Construction Inspection Training
- Hydrographic Survey Training
- Minimum 8–12 years of civil engineering experience
- At least 5 years in dam, reservoir, or hydropower projects
- Experience in quantity verification and contractor billing support
- Experience working with environmental compliance requirements
- Experience in large infrastructure or water‑retaining structures
