Technical Duties & Responsibilities – Summary (PIC)
- Plan and execute projects within defined scope, timeline, and specifications.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, work sequencing, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate site activities, manpower, materials, and equipment to achieve targets.
- Monitor daily progress and resolve technical and site issues affecting delivery.
- Identify project risks and implement corrective or mitigating actions.
- Ensure compliance with drawings, client requirements, safety rules, and applicable standards.
- Verify that installations and outputs meet required quality levels.
- Coordinate inspections, approvals, and technical clarifications with clients and architects.
- Ensure readiness for turnover and completion of punch list items.
- Consolidate project documentation necessary for handover and close-out.
