Project Executive (Precision Engineering)

Basic information: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm Saturday 8am - 12pm (Work from home) Basic UP $4200 Location: Kaki Bukit Bonus provided Job Scope: Prepare, maintain, and manage tender documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor project financial performance to ensure costs are controlled and remain within approved budgets. Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to cost, schedule, safety, and contractual obligations to support smooth project execution. Source, evaluate, and compile quotations from subcontractors based on project requirements and specifications. Negotiate with contractors to achieve cost-effective solutions from initial estimates through to final pricing approval. Develop and coordinate work schedules with site teams to ensure timely project completion. Manage project administration and maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation.
