Project Engineer (Vestech Energy)

Responsibilities

• Conduct engineering site surveys to plan equipment and interconnection locations at the site, as well as connections to the existing electrical system
• Develop and prepare designs for residential solar PV systems, including but not limited to the electrical, structural, and mechanical aspects of the projects
• Work with the Design Department to confirm the engineering design and decide on the DC equipment and AC interconnection locations at the site, as well as connections to the existing electrical system
• Liaise with and manage subcontractors regarding their scope of work, schedules, and monitoring the quality of workmanship during installation
• Record, implement, and manage design change requirements
• Work with internal and/or external parties such as TNB, consulting firms, and local authorities on licensing applications and documentation
