Project Engineer

I. Overview of the Position

Responsible for the planning, coordination, supervision, and execution of interior fit-out projects from start to completion. This role ensures that all works are carried out according to design specifications, quality standards, budget, and project timelines.

The Project Engineer acts as the main point of contact between the client, design team, subcontractors, and site personnel to achieve successful project delivery.

II. Duties and Responsibilities

Project Planning & Coordination

• Develop detailed project schedules, work plans, and manpower allocation
• s.Coordinate with designers, engineers, procurement, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and service
• s.Review drawings and specifications to ensure constructability and compliance with client requirements.
