Job Responsibilities
- Liaise with consultants, Resident Engineers, Clerks of Works, and licensed surveyors on construction activities, inspections, and site setting‑out matters
- Coordinate closely with Architectural and M&E teams to resolve interface issues related to reinforced concrete and structural steel works.
- Execute construction activities in accordance with project plans, environmental health and safety (EHS) requirements, and quality standards established by project management.
- Supervise and guide site supervisors and subcontractors to ensure works are carried out safely, accurately, and within project timelines.
- Monitor subcontractor performance and coordinate site activities to support smooth project progress and compliance with construction schedules.
