About the Role
Job Description:
- Monitor all turnover and project acceptance related activities on the project
- Perform all punch listing on behalf of the project proponents
- Attend coordination meetings
- Implementation and control of the agreed common area and residential unit punch lists inspection parameters and acceptance guidelines
- Coordinate all QA/QC with the site construction manager on all quality issues
- Collaborate and develop inspection and test programs on architectural and civil works
- Operation and preventive maintenance of MEPF system
- Operation and monitoring of all critical parameters
- Ensure strict post construction documentation and project closure
- Manage project execution
Job Qualification
- sCandidate must possess a Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
