PROJECT ENGINEER (ACME)

Job Responsibilities: Project coordination and supervision of site installation, testing and commissioning Design Development & Calculation for Air-Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation System Study drawing, plans, specification and scope of work. Work Assessment for Progress Claims and Sub-Contractor's payment Assists Project Manager in project planning and to co-ordinate and oversee all work on the site. Monitoring closely of construction work progress, materials, plant and equipment. Carry out site visit, attend site test and inspection and temporary work. Verification of material requisition and taking off quantities/site measurement. Ensure quality standard and Safety Requirements are adhered to. Work closely with project team and resolve all technical issue. Familiar calculation with heating/cooling load, equipment sizing (MV& AHU), Electrical load and external static pressure calculation Maintain, manage and document according to ISO9K & ISO45K Standards.
