About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and monitor OSP projects including status tracking (Pending, In-Progress, Dependencies, Completion) and portal updates.
- Prepare and submit project-related approvals and documents.
- Provide technical support for site issues, propose solutions, and ensure smooth operational communication with internal departments (Admin, Transport, Warehouse, QMS, EHS).
- Coordinate with clients, OSP coordinators, and vendor teams for surveys, DPRs, progress updates, and portal submissions.
- Conduct field inspections to verify quality of service (QoS) and compliance with project standards before handover.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation such as Connection Details, Completion Reports, Test Reports.
- Assist in BOQ preparation and support approvals/submissions to invoicing teams.
