About the Role
- Support the Project Manager/Works Manager to ensure successful project delivery, including
- Assist in preparing project estimates, budgets, schedules, and forecasted schedules in coordination with senior project engineers
- Participate in and lead risk assessments and actively manage project risks
- Help prepare project estimates, budgets, schedules, and execution plans
- Manage, review, and monitor on-site activities' actual performance
- Ensure that site works are carried out according to approved drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with Project Superintendents, surveyors, and subcontractors
- Prepare submittals for consultants
- Monitor subcontractors' daily site activities, including program, manpower, and safety
- Resolve drawing coordination, site detailing, and construction method issues daily
