Project Director

Adecco is currently hiring a Project Director for a permanent opportunity with a top-tier employee-owned General Contractor recognized as one of Canada's leading construction firms. This role is ideal for a highly experienced construction leader who thrives in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment and has a proven track record delivering large-scale ICI commercial, institutional, and multi-residential projects.
In this position, you will oversee the full lifecycle delivery of multiple construction projects while leading and mentoring project teams, managing client relationships, and supporting business development initiatives. You will play a key role in driving project success through strategic leadership, operational excellence, financial oversight, and stakeholder management.
