Requirements

• 10+ years in construction project management and team leadership


• Bachelor’s in Construction Engineering, Construction Management, or related field


• Proven track record leading large industrial construction projects and teams


• Strong financial acumen to manage budgets, cash flow, and profitability


• Exceptional leadership, mentorship, and communication skills


• Experience guiding design-build projects, risk mitigation, and operational improvements
