About the Role
Job Scope / Responsibilities
. Coordinate daily material deliveries to project sites . Liaise with customers, site supervisors, drivers, and transporters on delivery arrangements . Plan and monitor delivery schedule to ensure on-time delivery . Follow up on PO, delivery orders, and material readiness . Coordinate with warehouse, production, Sales, and Project teams . Handle site delivery issues, postponements, and urgent requests . Monitor project delivery progress and update internal teams . Maintain delivery records and project coordination reports . Ensure proper communication between office and site operations . Support submission of delivery-related documents when required
