Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders of across assigned client accounts Provide regular updates and ensure timely follow up on outstanding matters Deliver a high standard of service to drive client satisfaction Order Management and Execution Manage SAP setup, including material master, customer master, and contact creation Oversee inbound and outbound order processing in coordination with Clinical Operations, QA, and Finance teams Handle courier arrangements and track shipments through to proof of delivery Manage vendor and supplier relationships Liaise with Regulatory team to secure import licenses for inbound shipments Maintain accurate databases for shipment tracking and order management Update clinical systems (IVRS/IWRS/IXRS) with shipment status Provide clients with inventory reports, shipment updates, and invoicing details Maintain proper documentation, including study files and archiving Study / Project Management Draft an...
