About the Role
Responsibilities:
- Develope project strategies
- Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project
- Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable
- Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards best solution
- Monitor and report on project progress, investigate and highlight potential issues to the management in timely method
- Liaise with project site teams and ensure timely completion of activities
- Responsible for planning and supervising the site progress and coordination with sub-contractors/consultants
- Attend site meeting & liaise with clients on all project issues
- Oversee and manage a team of site workers to ensure full customer satisfaction with the site activities being carried out
- Ensure timely delivery & keep track of all incoming materials for assigned projects
