About the Role

Responsibilities
  • Assist managers on managing schedules and the distribution of sales documentation.
  • Attend sales queries, prepare and follow up on sales quotations, delivery of products and installation works.
  • Coordinate and monitor project activities, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Liaise with internal department stakeholders and externally with architects, designers, lighting consultants, contractors and clients.
  • Attend site meetings and ensure timely project completion.
  • Prepare lighting proposals.
  • Draft lighting plans.
  • Involve in lighting design.
  • Attend site visits and site surveys.
  • Any other ad‑hoc duties and tasks assigned.
  • All employees cover for each other in case of leave or sickness.
Requirements
  • Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2–3 years of related working experience.
