Project Coordinator / Scrum Master Role:  Project Coordinator / ScrumMaster 
Role Overview Drive Agile delivery execution, sprintgovernance, and cross-team coordination for enterprise digital transformation programs.Ensure delivery predictability, dependency management, and continuousimprovement across multi-vendor teams. 
Key Responsibilities Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Stand-ups,Reviews, Retrospectives). 
Track sprint commitments, velocity, delivery metrics, risks anddependencies. 
Remove impediments and manage cross-team dependencies. 
Maintain delivery plans, RAID logs, and release readiness. 
Coordinate across business, vendors, architects, QA, DevOps andinfrastructure teams. 
Produce delivery dashboards and management reports.
