Job Description
The Project Coordinator supports simple to moderate projects related to UL’s internal document control system, ensuring documents, reports, and records are managed in compliance with applicable SOPs. This role focuses on document workflows, user support, and coordination activities with limited supervision.
Location
Hybrid position based in São Paulo or Mexico City.
Responsibilities
- Manage document workflows (creation, revision, approval, obsolescence) in accordance with SOPs.
- Review documents for formatting, version control, and compliance.
- Support internal users by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding proper document control practices.
- Coordinate assigned project activities, monitor progress, and recommend updates when needed.
