Project Coordinator

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support implementation activity for a Long-term Contract position based in San Antonio, Texas. This role works closely with Implementation Managers and cross-functional partners to keep projects organized, monitor progress, and help resolve issues before they affect timelines. The ideal candidate brings strong coordination skills, communicates effectively with internal stakeholders, and maintains accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:
• Partner with Implementation Managers to organize project plans, monitor milestones, and provide clear status updates on active workstreams.
• Track outstanding action items, interdependencies, and needed inputs across teams to keep deliverables moving on schedule.
• Examine setup documents and submitted materials to confirm they are complete, accurate, and ready for the next stage of implementation.
