Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate manpower requirements with clients and internal recruitment teams
  • Monitor deployment schedules and ensure timely placement of personnel
  • Maintain records of employee assignments, contracts, and attendance
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and the company
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and client requirements
  • Track project progress and manpower utilization
  • Prepare reports on staffing, deployment status, and project performance
  • Handle concerns related to workforce performance, attendance, and discipline
  • Assist in onboarding, orientation, and training coordination
  • Support payroll coordination (timesheets, billing, and invoicing)
