I. POSITION SUMMARY
The Project Coordinator role is an operations-focused position responsible for supporting the execution of client projects within the Client Services & Operations team. This role handles basic to standard project requirements across all project types, ensuring accurate bidding, smooth coordination, and timely delivery.
II. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Client Services & Operations Activities:
- Supports both pre-project (basic bidding) and post-project (execution) activities under the guidance of the Operations Team Lead
- Able to evaluates client requirements against dataSpring’s capabilities and conducts basic feasibility checks for sample and recruitment services
- Able to prepare standard quotations and proposals based on established pricing frameworks
