Role and Responsibilities Be responsible for overseeing both contract administration and cost management aspects of capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects. This role will mainly focus on the post-contract project control works and will require a combination of contract management, quantity surveyor and strong communication skills to ensure that projects are completed in compliance with contractual requirements and within budget. Have knowledge of the terms of the Construction Contract and of the design documents (civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, and systems), specifications, construction documents, and any other pertinent documents or information.
