Overview
The Project Controller is responsible for managing all commercial and financial tasks to ensure project success, including compliance with guidelines, accurate financial record-keeping, supporting the Project Manager in financial results, contract management, risk assessment, and stakeholder communication. They also manage commercial topics during financial closings and support audits and reporting activities.
Responsibilities
- Ensure full compliance with LOA guidelines, Siemens-FRG, and local GAAP requirements for all commercial processes and project financial records.
- Support the Project Manager in achieving financial targets, optimizing project profit, cash flow, and asset management, including risk and opportunity assessment.
