Project Control, Planning & Scheduling Lead

Saipem is a global leader in the engineering and construction of major projects for the energy and infrastructure sectors. We are looking for a Project Control Planning & Scheduling Lead.

• Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Primavera P6 or equivalent tools
• Define project work breakdown structure (WBS) and planning logic
• Monitor project progress and prepare periodic progress reports (weekly/monthly)
• Identify potential delays and propose mitigation and recovery plans
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure alignment with schedule
• Prepare and analyze critical path and productivity trends
• Support project controls activities including forecasting and risk analysis
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and project requirements
• Liaise with stakeholders, subcontractors, and management for planning-related matters
