- Sets-up project handbook
- Sets-up project environment at project start
- Reviews project plan (start / close date, invoice plan, …)
- Processes chargeable expenses
Ensures database quality in terms of invoices, cost monitoring
Supports the Project Manager in monitoring & tracking project data/budget/quality
Organizes & coordinates travel, takes care of cost reimbursement
Handles intercompany purchase orders
