Assist with project set-up in FBM’s financial management system (Ajera), including Project Set-Up Forms (PSFs) and budget entry. Support financial monitoring, budget analysis, and monthly invoicing in coordination with the Finance team. Maintain accurate records of project revisions, scope changes, and forecasting. Monitor cost and schedule data to flag potential risks or variances. Support PMs with project initiation, coordination of documentation, and internal kick-off plans. Assist with the weekly schedule update process and first-pass reviews of project reports. Manage project documentation in accordance with FBM’s quality standards. Contribute to the evolution of this new role by taking on additional responsibilities and process improvements as the position grows.
