The Opportunity
This is a key client-facing role, managing projects from initial deposit through the planning phase and setting each build up for success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate new home projects from deposit through planning & approvals
- Present designs, costings, and planning documentation to clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants & internal teams
- Manage client communication and database updates throughout the journey
- Ensure a smooth and efficient transition into construction
About You
- Experience in wholesale residential construction
