Project Accountant

UGL is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Project Accountant to join our team in Perth.

This role is responsible for billing the client while managing WIP and AR balances, establishing and controlling project finances, deep-diving into data and generating financial reports, providing insight, and leading process improvement in the tracking and management of financial and cost data.

This position works with the Finance Lead providing necessary financial support to maximise contract outcomes and allow the business to clearly establish a contract’s likely net financial position at completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and execute client claims and invoicing. Manage day-to-day debtors and WIP aging and maintain forecasted working capital
• Assist the Finance Lead to analyse financial and project information, identifying opportunities/risks and recommending improvements
