Insight Global is looking for an Engineer to join a client of ours in Overland Park, KS. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining software code while adhering to established coding standards and performing unit testing to validate functionality and performance. The role provides Tier 3 Help Desk support by conducting root-cause analysis on escalated issues, identifying and documenting complex or previously undocumented defects across systems, and recommending and implementing targeted solutions to resolve underlying problems. This position also focuses on continuous improvement by collaborating with IS Development leadership and team members to enhance issue identification and troubleshooting processes. Strong communication is required through regular participation in team meetings, one-on-one discussions, and code reviews, as well as close collaboration with peers and leadership.
