About the Role
We’re looking for a strategic and commercially focused Programme Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the Property & Store Development strategy at M&S. Partnering closely with the Director of Store Development, you’ll lead high‑impact programmes, develop investment cases, and produce executive‑level insights that inform key decisions across our property portfolio. This is a high‑visibility role suited to someone who thrives in complex, fast‑paced environments and brings strong analytical and strategic capability. To stay close to customers, our support teams are in the office three days a week as we believe that skills are developed through collaboration, and that spending time together makes us more creative and connected.
