We are on the lookout for a passionate Programme Associate for a one-year contract aimed at fostering social interaction and overall wellbeing within the community. Your role includes planning and executing group activities while ensuring that they meet the needs of all participants. You will play a key role in supporting inclusive and joyful experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and facilitate daily group activities, including wellness sessions
• Ensure participant safety and engagement in all activities
• Build rapport through relationship building and outreach
• Assist with event planning and activity calendars
• Document programme outcomes and maintain attendance records
