Job Summary
:Working across multiple concurrent projects, the Coordinator provides specialist advice, resolves complex access and logistics issues, and ensures compliance with regulatory, safety and airport standards. The role engages widely with internal stakeholders, contractors and external authorities to maintain safe, efficient and coordinated traffic and logistics operations throughout the program.
Major Responsibilities:
Planning / Productivity
• Ensure that the work by contractors is undertaken in a manner that addresses and eliminates personnel and environmental hazards, and ensure that risk analysis, health risk assessments, and work method statements, where required, are in place.
• Coordinate site access logistics for assigned area, ensuring that all personnel and equipment can enter and exit site efficiently.
• Address and resolve any site access issues that may arise during the project.
