About the Position:
YAI is seeking a qualified bilingual Program Supervisor to effectively lead and support an interdisciplinary team of clinical, medical, and Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in our Brooklyn and Manhattan crisis intervention locations.
Key responsibilities:
+ Ensuring health, safety, and habilitation of the people we support consistent with agency philosophy and department practices.
+ Ensuring the appropriate, therapeutically documented level of supervision in the residence, day program or community to ensure and protect the health and/or safety of the people we support.
+ Providing program/floor coverage, when necessary.
+ Promoting and maintaining the excellence of the programs
