Job Summary
:In this role, you will lead a team to manage subcontracts and monitor operations. You will develop the subcontracting strategy, operating procedures, staffing plan, and the contracts section of the Project Execution Plan. You will review and approve bid details, commitments, and negotiations. Your oversight will ensure project subcontracting is consistent and that requirements have been implemented.
