What You'll Do
- Coordinate customer orders from start to delivery
- Communicate with customers and update on order status
- Follow up on materials and production progress
- Monitor delivery schedule and ensure on time shipment
- Handle customer enquiries and basic issue follow up
- Support new project setup and coordination
- Prepare reports and updates
