About the Role
In this Program Manager role will focus on workforce planning and utilization strategy of a field-based business. It’s designed for, but not limited to, someone stepping out of a senior analyst or junior program role into a more impactful position, with a clear path toward people leadership.
+ Managing the implementation of large and complex programs.
+ Provides overall leadership and support to one or more project teams.
+ Acts as front-line contact on program related activities, issues, and risks.
+ Manages risks and issues and takes corrective measurements.
+ Interfaces with Business Unit Leaders and finance to develop ROI, and other financial measures.
+ Partners with purchasing to develop POs and manages suppliers and vendor relationships.
