Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership, guidance, and ongoing support to the Walking Stick team, fostering a positive, collaborative, and accountable work environment.
Support the achievement of program goals by identifying emerging needs, implementing strategic initiatives, and contributing to program development and continuous improvement.
Provide consultation and support to Resource and Support Teams to ensure high-quality, participant‑centered services.
Collaborate with the Human Resources Manager to address staffing matters, support employee development, and coordinate the onboarding and integration of new team members.
Facilitate the timely and effective resolution of staff and participant concerns or conflicts.
Work collaboratively to assign new participants to the most appropriate Case Worker or Case Manager, considering individual needs, strengths, and team capacity.
