Job Description
AECOM Mississauga is seeking a Program Manager to act as the primary support to the Delivery Leadership Team and provide day‑to‑day program support and project management for cross‑cutting initiatives on a major rail program.
This role provides day‑to‑day program leadership support under the direction of the Deputy Delivery Partner Lead, supporting the execution of special projects across several workstreams including Org Change, Governance, Business Support and the Target Price Management Team. The Program Manager enables the Senior Program Manager and the Program Delivery Director to focus on strategic leadership by managing a high‑performing team and key program deliverables.
