• Manage student applications end-to-end across all six programs: collect, verify and organise academic records, IDs, NEET scores and supporting documents.
• Prepare and track program paperwork such as the France Convention de Stage and university admission documentation.
• Coordinate visa assistance — guide students on requirements, help assemble files, and track filing milestones to deadlines.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records for every student and application, with nothing slipping through the cracks.
