About the Role
What You'll Do
- Oversee Program Engineers in managing customer programs.
- Review customer requirements (POs and SOs).
- Support company vision and business strategy planning.
- Monitor project progress against customer requirements.
- Define timelines and review manufacturing contracts.
- Liaise with customers on equipment/tooling issues and costs.
- Coordinate equipment and consigned tooling across departments.
- Obtain required project data from customers.
- Release RFQs to Engineering and Materials; track progress.
- Review shipment status and sales order backlog monthly.
- Compile customer satisfaction surveys and share feedback.
- Guide Program Engineers in program execution.
- Ensure effective QMS implementation and compliance.
