MUST HAVE :
1. Degree from IITs in Circuit branches
2. MBA degree from IIM's / ISB or Top Tier 1 Campus.
3. Should have worked with Cx Os / CEO's and strong executive presence.
4. Experience of 8-12 years is a must.
