Program Manager (Emiratization Project)

We are searching for qualified Emirati individuals to fill the role of Program Manager. The ideal candidate will spearhead the planning, coordination, and implementation of multiple projects. The candidate must demonstrate robust administrative and project‑management skills, possess a proactive problem‑solving approach, and be capable of working autonomously under pressure to meet strict deadlines. The Program Manager will also foster relationships with diverse external and internal stakeholders, such as the HC Centre of Excellence, OpCo Human Capital teams, and Government agencies.
